2019

In our inaugural year, Omid Taghir Social Services Organization (OTSSO) successfully navigated the complex landscape of non-profit initiatives in Afghanistan.

On September 21, 2018, we achieved formal registration with the Ministry of Economy under license number 4582. During this foundational period, our dedicated team, led by Ms. Maryam, laid the groundwork for our mission, emphasizing humanitarian aid and the empowerment of women. We initiated community engagement efforts, laying the foundation for future impactful projects.

Building on the momentum of our first year, OTSSO made significant strides in addressing tangible needs within Afghan society.

We successfully launched targeted programs and projects to advocate for the realization of rights for all Afghans. The organization gained recognition for its commitment to fostering an environment where individuals could flourish within the bounds of legality and human rights. Collaborative partnerships were formed, marking a crucial step in our development-oriented approach. As we approached the end of our second year, OTSSO began to make a noticeable impact on the well-being of the communities we serve.

The third year of OTSSO marked a period of consolidation and expansion. We deepened our roots in the communities we engaged with, seeing the positive effects of our developmental focus.

The organization solidified its reputation for being non-political while actively contributing to societal development.As we celebrated our third anniversary, OTSSO had become a recognized force for the betterment of Afghan society. Our commitment to creating conditions conducive to peace, development, and the full realization of human rights was evident in the diverse projects and initiatives we undertook.
