Established and officially registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan on September 21, 2018, under license number 4582, OTSSO operates with a developmental focus, emphasizing humanitarian aid and the empowerment of women. Founded by a dedicated group of Afghan professionals and spearheaded by Ms. Maryam, the organization endeavors to enable Afghans to voice their rights and enjoy legal, social, and human privileges within a peaceful and developed societal framework.
