Our Decision-Making Process
At OTSSO, we prioritize a collaborative and transparent decision-making process, grounded in
inclusivity and accountability. Our Executive Committee and Board Members meet regularly to
discuss the progress of ongoing projects, address emerging challenges, and make key strategic
decisions. These meetings provide an open platform where each member is encouraged to share
their insights, offer expertise, and voice concerns, ensuring that every perspective is valued. This
open dialogue fosters a culture where every voice is heard, and decisions reflect the collective
wisdom of the team.
Our decision-making is consensus-driven, ensuring that all viewpoints are considered before
finalizing any course of action. We balance the needs of the organization with the best interests
of the communities we serve, ensuring that all projects align with our mission. Transparency is a
core value, and the rationale behind decisions is communicated clearly to all stakeholders. This
approach not only fosters trust but also ensures that our work is guided by shared values,
ultimately driving sustainable and impactful change for the communities we aim to empower.
