On April 2024, OTSSO conducted a maternal health awareness training specifically for pregnant
women in Faizabad. Twenty women received guidance on safe pregnancy practices, nutation,
and essential care during childbirth. This small but impactful initiative reflected OTSSO’s
dedication to supporting community health and ensuring that even vulnerable groups without
access to formal heath care services receive practical knowledge and care.
